the Chef carefully designs each menu item to feature local
ingredients and products. While many begrudge West Coast chefs
for being too
eager to rely on local products, his cuisine challenges this notion by strongly
relying on advanced technique to get the most out of produce and meats
that are, truly, nothing short of extraordinary.

Fork experience is also based around simplicity and
quality.
Rather than muddle dishes with excessive ingredients, the Chef focuses on
the intrinsic
qualities and sublime flavors of just a
few exceptional ingredients to
create each dish.
The result is a menu created with care
and a relentless attention to detail. While
time-intensive, our philosophy allows the kitchen staff to dedicate
itself entirely to the cuisine, and are collectively resolved against
cutting corners to craft a memorable dining experience.
